Assim, este hub pretende ser um eixo aglutinador dos interesses e pr\u00e1ticas de pesquisa em torno da alimenta\u00e7\u00e3o, promovidos pelos v\u00e1rios investigadores do ICS. Fruto dos interesses de pesquisa destes investigadores, o eixo interdisciplinar \u2018Alimenta\u00e7\u00e3o\u2019 ou \u2018Food Hub\u2019 congrega v\u00e1rias disciplinas e tem\u00e1ticas que se debru\u00e7am sobre os estudos sociais e culturais agroalimentares. Este hub pretende-se aberto, interdisciplinar e ecl\u00e9tico quanto a abordagens te\u00f3rico-metodol\u00f3gicas. Um tra\u00e7o comum que o caracteriza \u00e9 debru\u00e7ar-se tanto nas quest\u00f5es da produ\u00e7\u00e3o e do\u00a0consumo alimentar das sociedades contempor\u00e2neas e do seu passado hist\u00f3rico, como nos processos de intermedia\u00e7\u00e3o entre aquelas\u00a0duas arenas\u00a0(e.g. processos de significa\u00e7\u00e3o ideol\u00f3gicos, simb\u00f3lico-religiosos, sociais, culturais e materiais).\u00a0Atrav\u00e9s de <\/span><strong style=\"color: black; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif; font-size: 1rem;\">Nuno Domingos<\/strong><span style=\"color: black; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif; font-size: 1rem;\">, o GI IMP\u00c9RIOS associa-se a esta iniciativa.
