“Em 1931, no início do Estado Novo, foi criado o Arquivo Histórico Colonial, lado a lado com outras instituições e organismos centrados no projeto colonial português. O seu objetivo era o de preservar, classificar e facilitar o acesso à documentação relativa ao Império Colonial Português. Hoje, continua a ter a mesma função. Como pode um arquivo histórico colonial reinventar com uma abordagem pós-colonial?”
